History
Built in 1932 by a local businessman for his wife, this 28 stall polo barn
was originally built for the purpose of summering the owner’s many
Thoroughbred Horses. The farm is situated on 150 acres of beautiful rolling
hills, of which 45 acres were allocated to hay production. Sadly, this
classic polo barn was left to dilapidate over the next 60 years until the
late 1990’s when it was purchased and lovingly restored to its former glory.
It now serves as a secluded family retreat and hay farm.
